Wales Salmon Protection Emergency Byelaws 2019
Please find attached the emergency byelaws to replace the National Salmon regulation which expires on 31 December 2018 (i.e. – catch and release applies on all rivers in Wales until 16 June). Expectations are that whatever the outcome of the inquiry the C&R restrictions will apply to 16 June beyond 2019.
