Club Membership

Member’s subscriptions become payable in advance on 1st March each year. If such a subscription remains unpaid on 31st March, membership will cease. A new application may be made but will be treated as a first application.

Subscriptions will be determined annually at the AGM in the below categories. New subscriptions will include an additional joining fee of £150 in the first year of joining only. If a member subsequently leaves the Society, they would be eligible for a joining fee on re-joining.

Member Types

• Full Member
• Junior Member – Defined as being in full-time education up to and including the age of 18 years. There will be no subscription fee for junior members, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (person over 18 years) when on Society waters.
• Life Members – On a recommendation from the Committee, a member of the Society may be elected a Life Member at the Annual General Meeting and, henceforth, enjoy membership privileges without payment.
