The March Brown Wet Fly

Materials:

Hook: Varivas 2410 wide gape or any wet type fly hook size 10 or 12

Silk: 8/0 primrose wispa

Tail: fibres from a partridge tail

Rib: silk floss which has been spun

Body: Hares mask from between the eyes

Beard: Partridge neck feather tied as a beard

Wing: Hen Pheasant tail Rolled

Head: brown

    Lovely tying Mark. A very successful fly on the Usk. I fish it teamed with a Greenwells. I think you missed the hen pheasant wing from the materials list. Excellent. Tom.
